On the edge of a small lake, this location features an expanded
deck built over the water and, along with the lighthouse and bars,
a double-hulled boat outlined in neon lighting.

Long a landmark in the Midtown area of Houston this restaurant
occupied a collection of buildings and houses that had been pieced
together since it's founding in the 1940's. The PDC Group provided
MEP design and construction services for the new 5,000 SF structure.
The existing restaurant, located behind the new location, was
kept in operation until the new restaurant was completed.
